What Is the History of Frisco, TX?

Originally, Frisco was a railroad watering stop along the St. Louis-San Francisco Railway. The city gets its name from that rail line. Interestingly, there was a community that predated Frisco. Called “Lebanon,” this settlement had its own post office and everything.
